1. Variable Performance

Interview performance was influenced by two factors: the featured project's existing audience size on X, and whether they actively shared and promoted the content. Some projects had large, engaged followings that amplified content organically; others had smaller audiences or didn't engage with the published interviews at all.

Projects with strong X presence and active communities naturally drove higher reach through their followers' engagement, while projects with smaller followings or less social media activity - regardless of technical merit or importance - struggled to gain as much traction. Additionally, some projects enthusiastically shared and promoted their interviews, while others didn't engage at all, creating uneven amplification.

This challenge also revealed that founder/team interviews aren't always the optimal format for marketing certain projects. Some projects might benefit more from:

The traditional " interview with founder" format assumes the person is the draw, but often the product, use case, or community is more compelling for audiences.

Future Solution: Develop pre-interview agreements that include specific amplification commitments (e.g., "will repost within 24 hours," "will share in project Discord/Telegram"). However, also recognize that project popularity and existing audience size are factors outside campaign control. Additionally, diversify content formats beyond founder interviews to find what best showcases each project's value proposition.

2. Limited Cardano Project attendance

At both events, relatively few Cardano-native projects attended, which limited the pool of interview subjects and ecosystem stories available to capture. This is an ecosystem-wide challenge rather than campaign-specific, but it constrains content diversity and reach potential.

Future Solution: Advocate for stronger Cardano ecosystem coordination around major events.

3. Editing Capacity

While the team successfully produced 37 videos, release pacing was sometimes slower than ideal due to editing bottlenecks. Faster turnaround would have allowed content to ride event momentum more effectively.

Future Solution: For large-scale campaigns, budget for dedicated editing support or build editing capacity within the team before events. Aim for 2-3 releases per week to maintain visibility without overwhelming audiences.

4. Webinar Drop-off

The Zoom webinar experienced significant drop-off (32 registrations → 11 attendees), suggesting insufficient pre-event promotion and engagement.

Future Solution: Implement multi-channel reminder systems (email, X posts, community Discord announcements). Clearly articulate unique value propositions. Consider hybrid formats where X Spaces handles broad reach and Zoom provides opt-in deep-dives for interested participants.

5. Limited KOL Participation (Campaign 1)
